Lmao ..... ‘Funding Dory’. Yes.... brilliant. Seems that way.
All seems a bit fishy to me
Think I'll pass on that Targ. Wasn't there a film called "Funding Dory"? Atb.
Well this helped! Not!
Anyone here planning on buying any Dory shares?
Yes, why not carry on CE project within OEX ?
I agree we're being robbed.
Shares for compensation from the great Cooper robbery.
You watch Doriemus over take us now and Brad make Cooper into a multimillion dollar project.
There is going to be a separate priority offer to existing Oilex and Doriemus pi's, but it doesn't look like the shares in payment for the acquisition can be easily sold for a couple of years.
These could also be offered to oilex Pi's with an open offer.. thus raising funds for oilex.. imo
Keep hold of them theyll be worth well more once they get the show on the road
Mike, it doesn't look like we can sell them at any time. This from the disposal rns.
"The CDIs to be issued as consideration for the Proposed Transaction are subject voluntary escrow conditions and will only be able to be disposed of by Oilex and Orthogonal in certain limited circumstances for a 2-year period following their issue."
So have I read this right, we get 25.5 million shares in Doriemus. If so can we sell them at anytime and what are they actually worth. I tried to work it out and got to over £400k but I could be miles out.
Was rather hoping for something more interesting. Makes precious little difference to us, other than confirming that, as Yuri said, we have probably disposed of a potentially valuable asset. Also increases the possibility that Joe may jump ship at some point. Atb.
Well looks like weve had some good news for a change roll on cambay
Rns on asx re the Doriemus placing being successful.
