I can see why Gordon sometimes appears negative Psyblore but as you point out he’s been on the rollercoaster ride with it usually on the way down, but not in an exciting way. I think he’s a realist too but hopes as much as the rest of us, especially me with the amount of money I’ve lost, that Oilex comes good. Unfortunately nothing ever runs to schedule whatever it is….
Lol.
Only Sometimes? Lol
Thanks Gordon, it's just sometimes you seem a little negative on the prospects. I understand though that maybe because you feel you have been shafted a little in the past as a long term holder. It seems things are looking up though and I think a lot of people will see that as well.
end of the day to 0.4
The 6th of April was a good example of what sentiment can do. It was the first trading day after Joe's upbeat interview. It peaked at around 0.5 and fell away by the end of the day to 0.5. Within week it was 0.3. The dilution with the raising takes us to about where we are now. Atb.
Yes of course there is potential pysblore. I was talking short term in the next few months. In that time frame we are unlikely to get the news to get over us back past recent highs. Jv news might or might not take us there depending on what % they give up to the new partner. Who know if it seems a great deal, sentiment might take it a long way on the day. Atb.
Good afternoon Gordon, do you not think there is potential here? You say "sentiment and hype can carry it further than is justified by the bare facts. " But potential will also carry it further no? And if it has potential then people will want to invest as the company will be looking to make a lot more money.
Well Steven, they previously said Q2 which would be this month. They are now saying next few months. So who knows. Atb.
Do we have any idea when government approval is likely to be
Here’s hoping it pushes higher this time Gordon ATB.
Do agree ncar that sentiment and hype can carry it further than is justified by the bare facts. That is what happened on April 6th when against expectations I was able to get out with a profit at 0.407 and then back in at 0.24.
Toptuf
A lot of aim movement is based on sentiment and i am seeing a lot more excitement on social media now. Plus 2 £40k plus buys in a week gives me great confidence. I just read a thread on Twitter and the person who bought the 17m still holds and the other 17m was a buy too.
Agree, it would require shareholder approval from my understanding? Of course that’s possible but wouldn’t happen overnight
Need to stop replying to that other thread, we are literally still churning through a placing so it’s nonsense to suggest one on the way.
Yep would imagine they’ll be working on the existing wells first
Suppose we could hear at anytime as we don’t even have a start date
Oh well time will tell
Bmdjf. They are intending to restart the two old Wells which since they habe have been shut in for years should have higher flow rates than before. However, they will just supply a bit of useful cash flow. The real boost will come if the new Wells using the new techniques produce greatly improved flow rates. This is very unlikely to be confirmed, one way or the other until late this year or early next. Atb.
As the wells are existing cannot see it taking long to restart them hopefully with commercial flow
Not exactly a specialist on these things
Here here, few bags short term hopefully, much more long term.
Two wells to be fractured and stimulated in next few months. This could be the key to billions stored in the cambay vault
Could easily 10 bag from 12mill
