Also in fairness to him. He did invest way before covid and backed it all the way until now. Maybe he feels the company has reached the fruition that he invested into.
Cd4/visitect
Food tech
Not to mention a focussed company with a strong bod
That's just my thoughts but what I do know is that the ceo has so far delivered on everything he has said he would do since the strategic review 4 years ago.
FWIW I'm still holding as I feel the best is still to come.
I understand what you are saying
Hence my point as to why the shares are not being crossed to institutions/large investors.
I will be very happy if the largest shareholder were to gift the majority of his shares to charities after the full potential of the company has been realized. As it is, day traders are encouraged to trade the shares (to the detriment of share price) knowing that it won't be long before more of his shares are released (on a daily basis?).

Out of interest what are you referring to. If your referring to share sales by the largest holder then my thoughts which I still cannot understand!. Is why were the share sales never crossed with an institutional investor. That part of the sales has never made sense to me
Go after Richard, not Colin.
you wouldn`t believe the moaners on here. We had a 40p placing not so long ago and we moaned about that ! The BOD are not worried about daily, weekly, monthly SP shifts . They know that getting good products to market is the lifeblood of any company and indeed SP. If I was on board I`d be saying yes let them phone, email etc but all will come good soon enough.
The placing is an example of the BOD (in this case AIM ,yes has plenty of robbers on the BOD`S) knowing whats best for the company and SP. The price since then has doubled and this is really important they unlike loads of companies and their City mates allowed us the little PI`s to get a bargain. So thats why I trust them.
I do like to hear both sides of the argument on boards but I can`t accept this constant I want news tomorrow. Making money I`m afraid rarely works like that.
If you don`t believe it then I would sell out like we all have from time to time.
Just wait a bit and you`ll make money here, if not sell up.
