Quite funny how none of us have any idea what John bought / sold / what this RTO really is
Pretty hopeful never the less
I thought John Palmer had sold Iclaprim. I know Motif employed him to do that. Did he not manage to do it?
My understanding - Orange have bought Motif BioSciences Inc. ("Motif Inc"), not Motif Bio plc (AIM: MTFB) . "Motif (i.e. Motif Bio) to focus on completing the Reverse Takeover with a UK-based ADC (Antibody-Drug Conjugate) discovery and development company"
Kettle. That is certainly my understanding
No - John Palmer is the owner / director of the candidate. Motif are the ones driving the RTO but John Palmer will possibly become the CEO of the newly listed entity.
Have i got this right that John Palmer is the buyer?
John Palmer is Orange and the person who has arranged the sale through Tamarack and bought Mtb no wonder they kept their cards to their chest. I see this as a fair deal as it would look so bad otherwise. I thunk!
The truth is Rob, nobody really knows and at this stage of proceedings be thankful for this opportunity, I believe like most here we'd be delighted to get our original investment back depending at which price you came in... Good luck all
My read of the RNS is that the "Transaction" involving Orange and RTO Candidate are separate .
"The Transaction also creates incentives for Orange to focus on the potential generation of value from iclaprim for Motif's shareholders, while allowing Motif to focus on completing the Reverse Takeover with a UK-based ADC (Antibody-Drug Conjugate) discovery and development company."
I did see Orange Tree, but there was no mention of Orange Avenue Technologies. I am wondering if perhaps they are just starting up? If that is the case then them reversing into us wouldn't put any extra value into Motif. Or am I wrong?
You are not as ignorant as me i have been researching Orange Tree Technologies for 30 minutes and could not see the worth. Lol
I have just Googled "Orange Avenue Technologies" and nothing came up about them at all. So does anybody know anything about them? They're certainly not the billion pound Company that I was hoping we were going to reverse into. I'm sorry for my ignorance, but please don't abuse me for it
