I'm sure it's nothing more than a small oversight, you know just ticked the wrong box, that sort of thing. he he!
Takes a long time to compose an ass covering RNS. My big hope is someone like Chris Mills asks awkward questions and begins to agitate to force change and release value. Problem is this is a small holding as a % of most of the ii's overall portfolios - noise to them.
innocent til proven guilty m'lud! Taking the judge/jury rather a long time isn't it?
I would replace that with a hot iron rod.
behind scenes - ideally a sharp finger nail applied to a sensitive area to at at least 2 people.
Only once in the last 10 years has the price dropped to 4.5p (in 2013), albeit there were less shares in circulation so the company was valued at £30m. Trading is still limited in volume - and there has been no II selling. Who knows what's going on behind the scenes.....! SB
makes me wonder if someone wants to get their hands on it before Ablock gets going knowing there is a big payday/s coming, just like there was (albeit a one off) for SJL. Companies will buy the product, they have to!! I fully expect them to sell to at least 30% of that 65k captive market, could well be many more too!
if Ablock sales do as well as I expect then 10p minimum is very doable imo.
that's what they are banking on Scotty. People have had enough and want out at almost any price.Plays straight into their hands for takeover or maybe taking it private. Jeeez, I hope there is no more to worry about like lower sales etc, as how on earth have they managed to conceal all that?
I'd take it to be honest but I have (well had) a fairly low average. A couple of days after the tender offer was announced I did say that may mean 7p unless something should happen that would make it their regular 6p buy price. And here we are. It's very difficult not to be sceptical when the timing of these things is so well timed. If it is true then it could benefit shareholders if the tender offer is as low as possible and they buy up more shares for the 3m. My big concern now is more bad news e.g. tender offer now on hold, more accounting mistakes identified, lower sales etc. Then there really is a concern as to where the SP ends up..
low ball offer of about 6p anyone!
Almost on purpose to drag it out.
Have to wonder if anyone benefits given tender offer due.
Even I'm becoming a conspiracy theorist, need thorough closure soon.
CNIC took a hit yesterday.. feels like a market segment hit but because of our low starting point feels extra painful.. who knows where this ends up..
7% down on a £600 trade!! MM will have some fun here, whilst they feck about, jeeez, c'mon sort it out ffs!!
Gap down on open while Toby and co continue to fill their pockets. Doubt Elliot has the balls to do anything.
They will just announce another acquisition and cover up for Toby and Salazar.
Don't be surprised if:
1) 5 yr plan becomes a 5 yr rolling plan,
2) Formal Sales Process suddenly instigated if top tier execs are shown door.
I dont believe anyone is guilty of criminal conduct but, without any doubt someone is guilty of negligence.
