As our off-piste conversation (just for the record) that paragraph appears at a very quick glance to be referring to an inactive prospecting licence or licences that haven’t found ore. Irrespective of what it means our current full mining licence runs until 2026 and if renewed 2036, BUT personally I expect a great deal to happen in the interim prior to 2026.

I'll try down load the doc . What I mean is edl could lose half the area as stated in the document
pi
I had a quick look at Companies House, but can’t find the document?.
I don’t understand your point, or what companies house could possibly have to do with Tanzanian Mining Licences?.
With regards to Edenville’s current Full Licence (ML562/2016) that doesn’t expire until 2026 and can be renewed for a further ten years. So we should be pretty safe until 2036
This morning I was talking about the possibly of a new Helium Prospecting Licence within our already licensed area.
—————————————
“For a mining licence, the initial duration is 10 years and can be renewed on application to the Minister for a period requested for but not exceeding 10 years”
If you look at companys house filing for year 2019 I think it is page 12
Sorry I should have said “What makes you think that”? Not, I’m not sure what you mean.
pi
I’m not sure what you mean, but currently only one license is up for renewal, all licences are renewable.
Aerial I'm not putting a downer on this but dont edl have to relinquish 50% of licences when they expire?
same time the bod need to get on with the blooming handover, what the fxxking hold up now ?
If they do get a licence for helium there will be no shortage of willing investors but they of course need to apply for the licence.
quiet today at the mo. lets see how it closes.
looks nailed down it be Helium I reckon they go for, handover the coal to ITIL generate decent revenue first.
Once they start to generate real income from their coal and see the reaction on HE1's SP you would expect helium to be a consideration given their licenced area.

Edenville currently hold licences covering 71.26 square kilometres which is 27.5 square miles all within (to the best of my knowledge) the Rukwa Rift Valley where they estimate there is $3.5 billion worth of helium. This imho has to be a very serious consideration !!
If they apply for and get a Helium Prospecting Licence this would likely fly off the scale imho
If we announce a copper or lithium asset this will fly past £1 initially. Then some of us can take some profit off the table.

From an average equivalent to £8.70 with a modest (from memory) 2m c. £17k+ holding back in 2010/11, as an investor I have always added. In the last few years, maybe more??, I’ve been chasing it relentlessly, and in recent months I’ve added over 40k shares.
It’s always been a risk, and still is, but hopefully it’s about to work out for those that have managed to weather the storms and survive the journey to date !!
Aerial
Getting your average down to that is very impressive. The work that must have gone into that over the decade with all the consolidations and massive drops needs applauding. You could break even any month now with the right news.

Thank you, and I agree very interesting times!
Aerial do you mind me asking your average? You have been here a decade and would love to know.
Thanks
Aerial, recommended your post.
Interesting comments by NvS,
Diversification for shareholder value.
Getting the full value of our current asset to, with further contracts, make the company self financing.
He did hint at it being sooner rather than later.
He obviously expects to achieve those targets
As I've said before interesting times.
Who would want to be out of this now???
All very interesting, and it looks and feels as if it’s coming together!
In the second half of the trading decade when at times it was looking pretty grim Edenville always managed to pull it out of the bag. There were quite few sticky periods that fed the whiners and naysayers, but after everything Jeff still managed to successfully attract serious investors. I think the bod should be commended for that !!, and I would love to know how he managed it?.
These engagements and investors are the future of Edenville. Hopefully the shareholders will soon be rewarded for their support, faith, belief or sheer doggedness in being party to that success, as without our initial investments the company could not have got to this point.
