UKRAINE PRODUCTION UPDATE

Regal Petroleum plc ("Regal" or the "Company"), the AIM-listed (RPT) oil and gas exploration and production group, is pleased to provide a production update on its operations in Ukraine.

The Company's Ukrainian gas and condensate production for the month of October 2011 averaged 212,367 m3/d of gas and 49 m3/d of condensate (1,632 boepd in aggregate), and for the month of November 2011 averaged 228,799 m3/d of gas and 51 m3/d of condensate (1,751 boepd in aggregate).
