Halfords Group PLC08 May 2008 HALFORDS GROUP PLC: PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES Halfords Group PLC announces that on 8 May 2008 it purchased for cancellation100,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 288.6985 pence per ordinary share.
