The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that on 30 May 2013 the Companypurchased 550,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 106.25 pence per shareto be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capitalconsists of 75,731,919 shares of which 9,699,214 shares are held in Treasury.Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in Baronsmead VCT 3 plcis 66,032,705 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
