Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Group would like to notify the market that, as at 2 October 2008, Murgitroyd's issued share capital consisted of 8,483,239 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights. The Group does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Group is 8,483,239. 

The above figure (8,483,239) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Group under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
