International Greetings PLC31 July 2007 Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, InternationalGreetings plc ("International Greetings") confirms that its issued share capitalas at 31 July 2007 comprises 46,824,661 ordinary shares of 5p each. All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights, and none of the ordinaryshares is held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in InternationalGreetings is therefore 46,824,661.
