Debt Reduction Payments
BSG, a leading provider of clearing, settlement, payment and financial risk management solutions to the telecommunications industry, today announces that it has made $12.4m in payments in respect of its senior debt facility since 1 January 2008. At 30 September 2008, total outstanding senior debt stood at $100.1m.
The Company continues to maintain its focus on rapid debt amortization and all other means to create and maximise shareholder value.
