Special Dividend
Filtronic plc announces that it will pay a special dividend of 40p per share on Monday 24 November 2008, to those shareholders on the register on 31 October 2008. The ex- dividend date will be 29 October 2008.
The special dividend, which will be paid by way of an interim dividend, will amount to approximately £29.7 million, based on the issued share capital of 74,323,093 ordinary shares as at 20 October 2008.
