CSF Group plc (AIM: CSFG), a leading provider of data centre facilities and services in South East Asia and the largest provider of data centre services in Malaysia, notes recent speculation in the Malaysian press concerning alleged discussions with Nexgram Holdings Bhd.
The Board of CSF would like to confirm there are no discussions with Nexgram Holdings Bhd.
No further comment will now be made.
