The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 August 2011 was 108.61p per share.
The net asset value is stated before deducting the interim dividend of 3.0p per share which will go ex-dividend on 14 September 2011 and will be paid on 29 September 2011.
