The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of theOrdinary Shares at 28 February 2013 was 109.66p per share. The proposed finaldividend of 4.5p per share has been deducted from the net asset value of theOrdinary Shares at 28 February 2013 as the ex-dividend date was 27 February2013.
