INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT

For the period from 1 March 2015 to 31 May 2015

During the 3 months since the 28 February 2015, the NAV per ordinary 5p share has risen from 378.11p (28 February 2015) to 385.89p (31 May 2015), an increase of 2.06%. Over the same period the FTSE All Share Index rose from 3744.26 to 3797.12 an increase of 1.41%. The share price(bid) as at 28 February 2015 was 373.75p and at 31May 2015 it was 357.75p, a decrease of 4.28%. At the 31 May 2015 the Ordinary Shares stood at a discount of 7.3% .
