HSBC PAYMENT DEFERRAL

Further to the announcement made on 1 May 2009, the Company announces that HSBC has agreed to further defer payment of the C$150,000 writ outstanding until 28 May 2009.

William Voaden, Managing Director made the following comment:

"Further to the announcements made on 27 March 2009 and 1 May 2009, we have since made significant fundraising progress and expect to make a further announcement shortly."
