The Company was notified on 30 July 2010 by Morgan Stanley Securities Ltd, that, following a purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 July 2010, it has an interest in 9,772,697 of the Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 3.07 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
