Further Debt Reduction

BSG, a leading provider of clearing, settlement, payment and financial risk management solutions to the telecommunications industry, today announces the repayment of $1.0 million of its senior debt, made on 29 June 2009. Accordingly, at close of business on 29 June 2009, total outstanding senior debt stood at $83.6 million.

Greg Carter, CEO of BSG, said: 'I am pleased to report this latest reduction in senior debt as part of our tactical programme of leverage reduction and actively maximizing shareholder value.'
