BSG, a leading provider of telecommunications clearing and financial settlement products, Wi-Fi data solutions and verification services, announces the scheduled repayment of $2.4 million of its senior debt made on March 28, 2014. Accordingly, at the close of business on March 28, 2014, total outstanding senior debt was $13.5 million.
