Drilling Scheduled to Commence

The Company wishes to advise that the commencement of drilling activity at the Doris Prospect, at the Company's 70% owned Paguanta Project (the "Project") in northern Chile, is anticipated to occur in seven days time. Seasonal rainfall in the region had resulted in some localised road access disruptions.

Managing Director Michael Bohm stated "We look forward to the commencement of drilling at Doris and at this stage anticipate first assay results from Doris potentially being available by the end of April 2011 as planned".
