Dividend Declaration

Baronsmead VCT 3 plc

The Directors have declared a second interim dividend of 4.5p per share. It is the board's current expectation that the second interim dividend will be in lieu of the final dividend that would normally be declared on the publication of the Company's results for the year to 31 December 2015. The Company paid an interim dividend of 3.0p per share on 18 September 2015. As a result, in the absence of any further dividends, the Company will have paid a total of 7.5p per share for the year to 31 December 2015.

The dividend will be paid on 18 December 2015 to shareholders on the register as of 4 December 2015. The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 7 December 2015.
