REVISED ANNOUNCEMENT FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND The fourth quarterly dividend will be at the rate of 3.9p net per ordinaryshare. This makes the total dividends paid for the year ended 31 August 2013,12.9p compared with 12.3p paid in the previous year, an increase of 4.9%. This dividend will be paid to shareholders on 26 November 2013. Record date 13September 2013, ex-dividend date 11 September 2013.
