FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND The fourth quarterly dividend will be at the rate of 4.0p net per ordinaryshare. This makes the total dividends paid for the year ended 31 August 2014,13.6p compared with 12.9p paid in the previous year, an increase of 5.4%. This dividend will be paid to shareholders on 25 November 2014. Record date 12September 2014, ex-dividend date 10 September 2014.
