Re Dividend
Good Energy Group plc announces that further to the announcement of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2012 on 9 April 2013 and the Directors recommendation for a final dividend of 2.00p to give a full dividend payment for 2012 of 3.00p, the proposed final dividend will be paid on 28 June 2013 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 7 June 2013. The shares will trade ex-dividend on 5 June 2013.
