Polaron PLC31 March 2006 31 March 2006 Polaron plc Sale of Vacuum Chamber business As announced in its Interim results statement today, Polaron plc (POL) (the "Company") announces the sale of the assets and liabilities of the Vacuum Chamberbusiness of Oxford Nanoscience Limited to Weltonbridge Limited, a company ownedby Richard Davies, the former managing director of Oxford Nanoscience Limited, asubsidiary of the Company. The consideration payable is approximately £0.2m, which will be satisfied by theissue of 5% preference shares in Weltonbridge Limited.
