Director's Share Dealing

Urals Energy PCL (AIM:UEN), the independent exploration and production company with operations in Russia, is pleased to announce the Company has been notified that Andrew Shrager, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired on 23 January 2013 450,000 ordinary shares of US$0.0063 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase Andrew Shrager has a beneficial interest in 525,000 Ordinary Shares in Urals Energy, representing 0.207% of the issued ordinary share capital.
