Following the transfer, Mr. Zwolinski holds a total of 131,250 Ordinary Sharesin the Company, representing 0.2% of the issued share capital of GTE and EIGholds a total of 15,870,309 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 28.0%of the issued share capital.
