HaiKe makes the following disclosures in relation to directorships held by HaiKe non-executive Director Derek Marsh, pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Derek Marsh has been appointed as a non-executive Director of Auhua Clean Energy plc with effect from 29 November 2011. Mr Marsh is also a Director of Marsh Advisers (Asia) Limited effective since 6 February 2010.
On 25 May 2011 Mr Marsh resigned as a non-executive Director of China Food Company Plc.
