The Board of the Company was informed on 27 June 2014 that on that day, the wife of Garry Peagam, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 230.25p per Ordinary Share. Following the sale, Garry Peagam has an interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
