The Board of the Company was informed today that the husband of Juliet Davenport, CEO of the Company, acquired 25,000 Ordinary Shares on 20 November 2013 at a price of 222p per Ordinary Share. Following the sale, Juliet Davenport has an interest in 475,194 Ordinary Shares representing 3.24% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
