The Company has been notified that on 20 October 2014, Eva Ribes-Vilanova, the wife of Ramon Borrell, Director of R&D - Thin Film, acquired a total of 16,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 246 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Borrell's beneficial interest in the Company (including those shares held in his wife's name) is 262,721 Ordinary Shares representing 0.34% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
