The Elliott Family Irrevocable Trust, whose beneficial owners are the childrenof non-executive director Guy Elliott, on 21 February 2008 purchased 200,000ordinary shares of no par value (representing 0.0003% of the issued sharecapital) at a price of 13.5p per ordinary share.
