Pipehawk announces that earlier today Gordon Watt, a Director of the Company,acquired a total of 825,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.5pper ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Mr Watt holds an interest in 5,721,500 ordinaryshares, equivalent to 17.33% of the issued share capital of the Company.
