DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has been advised that 868 shares have been purchased at £8.03 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included fifteen shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr C. Sollesse and Mr N. Page and sixteen shares for Mr M Harris.

Also included in the purchase were sixteen shares for Mrs Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.
