The board of Travis Perkins plc (the "Company") was today notified that Mr Robin Proctor a Director of the Company sold on 5 April 2011 1,470 ordinary shares of 10p each in the company ("shares") at a price of 1050.25 per share.
As a result, Mr Proctor now has a beneficial interest in 20,166 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
