Director's Shareholding
The Company has been informed that on 18 November 2014, Ronald Shashoua, Non-Executive Director, today purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 273 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase Mr Shashoua's beneficial interest in the Company is 145,500 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.9% of the Group's issued share capital.
