The Company was today notified that on 24 March 2009 Phil Eaves, a Director of the Company, purchased 172,249 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 57.75p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Eaves' total beneficial interest in the Company is 172,249 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.27 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
