Director Shareholding

The Board of MobilityOne announces that it was notified on 13 October 2010 that, on 12 October 2010, Dato' Hussian A. Rahman, CEO of the Company, acquired 3,209,784 ordinary shares in MobilityOne ("Ordinary Shares") in an off market transaction. As a result, his total shareholding has increased to 30,661,895 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 32.8% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
