The Company received notification on 29 June 2009 from Robert Adair, non executive chairman of the Company, that, through an agreement dated 29 June 2009, he has pledged 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to be used as funds in an underwriting commitment at Lloyds of London ("Lloyds").

On 21 January 2009, the Company announced that Mr. Adair had previously entered into two separate arrangements with Lloyds in respect of a total of 1,538,500 ordinary shares in the Company. This new commitment brings the number of ordinary shares in the Company to be used as funds in an underwriting agreement at Lloyds to 2,538,500.

Robert Adair is interested in 3,505,425 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.37 percent of the ordinary shares and voting rights of the Company.
