NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)

In common with all eligible employees, directors and PDMRs were invited on 13 September 2012 to participate in the Premier Foods plc 2012 Sharesave Scheme and were given the option to buy ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 51.5p in 3 years time. The following options were granted by the Company on 18 October 2012:
