Pennant International Group plc announces that John Waller, Finance Director, has given notice of his intention to retire as Finance Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2014.
Christopher Powell, Chairman, commenting said "I would like to thank John for his skilled and loyal service to the Company. Over the next few months we will, with John's assistance, seek to appoint a suitable successor so that an orderly handover can be facilitated ahead of his retirement".
