Appointment of new non-executive director

N Brown Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Moross as a non-executive director with effect from 6 October 2016.

Richard is the founder and CEO of Moo.com and brings significant expertise in digital retailing and technology. He has previously served as a non-executive director of Ladbrokes PLC.

There are no further matters to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13.
