Organisational Update

The Housing Finance Corporation Limited ("THFC"), the UK's leading affordable housing aggregator, announces that Arun Poobalasingam has notified the Board of his decision to step down as Chief Partnership Officer with effect from 21st of February.

Arun first joined THFC in 2021, progressing to Executive Director of the Board in 2023, in charge of teams including Relationship Management, Treasury, ESG and Communications, before becoming Chief Partnerships Officer in July 2024.

The Board thanks Arun Poobalasingam for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
