Artemis Resources Limited (ASX/AIM: ARV; FRA: ATY) the gold, copper and lithium focused resources company with projects in Western Australia, today announces the resignation of Mr Christopher Kelsall as a non-executive director with effect from today's date.
The Company expects to announce the appointment of another non-executive Director in due course.
This announcement was approved for release by the Board.
