In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 R the Company announces that Robin Freestone, Non-Executive Director of Smith & Nephew plc, will be appointed as Chair of Moneysupermarket.com Group plc with effect from the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting on 9 May 2019. Prior to this appointment, Robin was a Non-Executive Director and Chair of their Audit Committee. Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
