In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Petrofac Limited (the "Company") reports that Mr Kjell Almskog, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed a director of Equinox Offshore Accommodation Limited on 24 September 2010. Equinox Offshore Accommodation Limited is primarily engaged in converting and operating accommodation repair vessels for the oil & gas industry and is listed on the OTC market in Norway.
