30 July 2008 iPoint-media plc (the "Company") Director's declaration

The Company announces that it has been advised by Gerald Raingold, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) sub-paragraph (v) of the AIM Rules, that he resigned as a director of Dawnay, Day Investment Banking Limited and Dawnay, Day Corporate Finance Limited on 18 July 2008. Following the appointment of administrators to Dawnay, Day International Limited and several of its subsidiaries, administrators were appointed to Dawnay, Day Investment Banking Limited and Dawnay, Day Corporate Finance Limited on 28 July 2008. Both Dawnay, Day Investment Banking Limited and Dawnay, Day Corporate Finance Limited are subsidiaries of Dawnay, Day International Limited, of which Mr Raingold is and was not a director.
