Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO) announces that on 25 April 2013, Michael Sinclair, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 8,250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.655 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Michael Sinclair now holds 69,355,121 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 26.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of Advanced Oncotherapy.
